Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Analytics at https://dash.webtions.com, provided by Webtions OU (“Webtions”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Analytics provides privacy-oriented web analytics, optional Google Search Console sync, optional uptime checks, sharing links, and related dashboard features hosted on Cloudflare. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite or assign to sites.
We may suspend access for security abuse, unpaid obligations (if billed), or material breach of these Terms.

3. Your sites and content

You must only add sites and tracking you are authorized to monitor.
You are responsible for placing the tracker lawfully (including notices/consent where your jurisdiction requires it for analytics).
You must not use the Service to track illegal content, evade law enforcement, or harm others.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break authentication, overload the collector, scrape other customers’ data, reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law, or resell access without our written permission.

5. Google Search Console

Connecting Search Console is optional. You authorize us to request read-only Search Console data for properties you select, using Google OAuth. Google’s terms and privacy policy also apply. You can disconnect at any time in the site settings.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. It forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the Service software and branding. You retain rights in your site content and analytics configuration. You grant us a limited license to process data as needed to provide the Service.

8. Availability and disclaimer

We aim for reliable operation on Cloudflare’s network but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by Estonian and EU law. We do not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law (including for willful misconduct or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such rules apply).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to fees you paid us for the Service in that period (or €100 if you paid nothing).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend the Service with reasonable notice when practicable, or immediately for serious breach or security risk.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Tallinn, Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EU may bring claims in their country of residence where mandatory rules allow.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires express consent.
